Title: Segment by fiber diameter
Post by: Martina Hümbert on May 28, 2021, 02:02:46 PM
Hi,
I have a fiber structure on which I ran FiberFind (analytic). The fibers have different diameters and I want to assign the fibers to different three classes depending on their diameter. Is there an easy way to do that?
Thanks
Martina

Hi Martina,
in the result of FiberFind - Estimate Fiber Diameters you can segment fibers by their diameter using post processing. You can use either automatic thresholding or specify thresholds manually.
GeoDict 2022 will add this feature also to the Identify Fibers Postprocessing, not only by diameter but by a few fiber metrics.

Best,Andreas
